Shipping & Returns
We ship our products withing the UAE. Shipping is provided by our third-party courier: Aramex
Delivery within UAE cities is same day for orders placed before 12pm and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.
Local delivery (Up to 5KG) 35 AED
Local delivery (5-10KG) 45 AED
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. To avoid any delivery delays please provide your full address along with your contact details at the checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.
For international shipping, please contact us, so we can calculate the shipping costs.
Please note: International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your local government and are separate from our shipping fees.
We offer the following payment options:

All prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a refund or credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.
How to return your item:
Email us at: Dina@dilinargshop.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused with proof of purchase to our warehouse.
- Shipments back to us must be organized at your cost, including any taxes, duties or fees.
- Items should be adequately packed. We are not responsible for any damages or losses when items are returned.
- After inspecting the item, you will be issued a refund or credit note to use online. (Please allow up to 7 days to process your refund/credit note) Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Returning sale items:
Unfortunately, items on sale (discounted) or customized/made to order cannot be returned.
Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will exchange your item/s for you. Email us within 48 hours at: Dina@dilinargshop.com with your order number to confirm you have received an incorrect or defective item.
Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours or ordering. To cancel please email us at: Dina@dilinargshop.com. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
